Interested contractors may apply to be either a Qualified Contractor(QC) or a Regional General Contractor (RGC).

Regional General Contractor Application

The PESP is recruiting at least five (5) firms to participate in the program as Regional General Contractors (RGCs) who will oversee Qualified Contractors within specific regions of the state and work directly with property owners participating in the PESP. If you are interested in applying to become a Regional General Contractor, follow the instructions below. 

Regional General Contractors will assist with managing PESP projects across the state.  

Responsibilities of an RGC include, but are not limited to: 

  • Managing simultaneous project assignments across a broad geographic area,  

  • Ensuring the completion of a project's scope of work,  

  • Coordinating and holding contracts with PESP Qualified Contractors and property owners,

  • Maintaining and reporting federally compliant documentation to PESP staff.  

1. Review the RGC requirements

Read through the RGC participation instructions, and required qualifications, conduct and terms.

2. Complete the RGC Application

Fill out the RGC Application and provide information per the RGC Minimum Qualifications.

3. Submit completed application materials

Submit the application materials via email as outlined in the RGC Application.

Following your submission, PESP will review your application and contact you with more information and potential next steps.
